If you would like to enable a featured page, it's quite easy. As you create a page in CMS, make sure you select Featured Page for the page template.
Some areas of the Featured Page are hardcoded, like this one, so you will have to edit the page_featured.php file to get the text to show the way you want it to.

Mission Statement
Barbershop101, a free online resource and program, teaches young people how to cut hair and understand all aspects of the Barbering Trade. Our goal is to motivate youth living in urban cities of the U.S. into becoming the next generation of successful young entrepreneurs.
We believe creating positive learning opportunities through cutting hair, will keep youth off the streets and away from the troubles that plague communities of color across the country. Barbershop101 is the key that unlocks doors and presents life choices many young people may not have once considered possible.
Vision
In Barbershop101, youth will be provided with an interactive and engaging program experience, learning an abundance of information including: how to build clientele, maintain healthy customer relations and create various hairstyles. Upon completion of the program, they will also be assisted with the purchase of necessary barbering tools to continue on their studies of the trade.
With the long-term goal of one day owning their own barbershop, young people will develop financial literacy and life skills such as responsibility, commitment, determination, and understanding the break down of salaries & profits-all important values and skills involved in running a successful business.
