Mission Statement
Barbershop101, a free online resource and program, teaches young people how to cut hair and understand all aspects of the Barbering Trade. Our goal is to motivate youth living in urban cities of the U.S. into becoming the next generation of successful young entrepreneurs.
We believe creating positive learning opportunities through cutting hair, will keep youth off the streets and away from the troubles that plague communities of color across the country. Barbershop101 is the key that unlocks doors and presents life choices many young people may not have once considered possible.
