Vision for Barbershop101
In Barbershop101, youth will be provided with an interactive and engaging program experience, learning an abundance of information including: how to build clientele, maintain healthy customer relations and create various hairstyles. Upon completion of the program, they will also be assisted with the purchase of necessary barbering tools to continue on their studies of the trade.
With the long-term goal of one day owning their own barbershop, young people will develop financial literacy and life skills such as responsibility, commitment, determination, and understanding the break down of salaries & profits—all important values and skills involved in running a successful business.
